Shipping & Returns

General

When your order has been despatched our system will inform you by email and from that date your order should be delivered within 1-3 working days (if item is stocked in our warehouse)(delivery times may be longer around Christmas and other busy periods).
We will endeavour to supply accurate times for delivery.

We sometimes ship directly from our suppliers to your chosen address. In the event that an order contains items from multiple suppliers you will receive a delivery from each supplier.

Returns

As we do not hold much stock ourselves, all returns are subject to the Terms and Conditions that our supplier places on us. In summary however, we only accept returns for faulty components or components shipped incorrectly. We do not accept returns for incorrect product selection. Due to the restrictions placed on us by our suppliers, we need notify them of any Returns issues within seven (7) days.

In the event that there is a shipping delay due to low stock levels at our supplier, you will be given the opportunity to choose an alternate product, receive a full refund or wait for stock to arrive.
